At our roastery, freshness comes first. We don’t roast coffee in bulk and let it sit—we roast to order. That means the moment you place your order, your beans are scheduled for our next roast day, which is every Friday.
You’ll never receive coffee that’s been sitting around for weeks. Instead, you get beans that are at their peak in quality and flavor potential.
We do recommend allowing your coffee to rest for a few days after roasting. This short degassing period lets the flavors fully develop, giving you the rich, balanced cup you deserve.

Lab92 was born from curiosity — the kind that keeps you awake at night, scribbling flavor ideas on coffee-stained paper.
